Shropshire Council are providing FREE business clinics in and around Shrewsbury and the rural market towns.
1-2-1 sessions with an accredited business advisor who will provide help and support to either start your business idea or help move your business forward.

FREE Business Clinic at Pontesbury
Pontesbury Parish Council have helped provide a venue for a FREE business clinic in Pontesbury and the surrounding area. So:-
- If you want to start a business and not sure what to do
- If you have a business already and want help and support from accredited business advisors
- If you want to know what grants are available to grow your business:-
Then the FREE business clinic held at Pontesbury Village Hall on Friday 13th January is a just the place to be.
Places are very limited as this event is for the morning only and is on a 1-2-1 basis with accredited business advisors. Two will be available for FREE help and support.

You have asked for this event-so here it is?
It’s been great to see so many of you at Networking events over the past few months and hearing about your new business.
Now that your business has officially started many of you are telling me the support has fallen away which leaves you not knowing who to turn too. I have been asked to ”do” something for business owners, like yourselves, who started up within the last year. This seems to be when you need the support, encouragement and help which, simply, isn’t there.
With this in mind and acting on the feedback, we have arranged a workshop and networking event on:

Venue: The Roy Fletcher Centre, 12-17 Cross Hill,
which is easily accessible to all park and rides and Shrewsbury train station.
The morning will consist of helping you Boost Your Business and move it forward.
Time: 9.30am-12.30pm
All we ask is for you to bring along ideas and £10.00 to cover the cost of the room and refreshments.
We will provide everything else for you.

In order for this event to be successful we need your support and enthusiasm and the desire to want to Boost Your Business.

FREE help with starting your new business?
Starting out in business and you don’t know where to start- read on! FREE workshops available throughout July and August to help and support the journey.
You may know someone who has a great business idea and you don’t know where or who to direct them to for that all important support in the early stages of starting out. There is help available.
The perception is that all the start up help available has been removed-this is not the case. Business Link are still alive and kicking and offer support and help FREE. They have a fantastic website which has everything you need to know about starting your own business and beyond.

are delivering FREE workshops for anyone seriously thinking of starting out in business. There is also FREE mentoring and coaching available with a fully accredited SFEDI business advisor. Business planning, cash flow forecasting-if this is an area where help and support is needed it’s all FREE until the start up stage.
