February can often be perceived as the coldest and dullest month of the year. At Always Consult we have broken the mould and had the most amazing February in our history.
We have seen the company expand into levy-paying apprenticeships and as such a new arm of the business has been formed – Always Apprentices. We now have 35 young doctors from NHS Middlesborough on our level 3 Leadership and Management programme and more to follow!
Our Management training sees no boundaries when it comes to getting our delegates involved, as you can see from the pictures:
Throughout February we have been busy with team-building activities for an internationally-recognised company. Presentation Skills, Time Management, Influencing Skills and Delegation were high on the agenda for upskilling their managers.
We have enrolled 5 new delegates on our Level 6 Careers Information Advice and Guidance qualification (CIAG) from all walks of life.
Our Level 3, 5 and 7 ILM Coaching qualification started with learners registered at all the three levels – “Coaching Culture” is becoming more than just a cheesy throwaway management comment these days with people truly understanding the value of coaching.
Early February saw seven young people enrolled onto the ILM level 2 Principles of Mentoring qualification.
Our Level 3 and 5 Education And Training Qualifications (EAT) have proved a big success and we have attracted and registered new learners from as far afield as Gillingham.
The ESS fully funded programmes are continuing to be a big hit with companies within the Marches LEP area. In February we recruited 5 new companies and over twenty employees onto the Government Funded upskilling the workforce programmes. Both for accredited and non accredited customer service training and management training courses.
The programme also funded a successful GDPR training day at Adcote School which was co-hosted by Always Consult and Severn Business Solutions, with seventeen people benefitting from Ian and Christine’s knowledge on what we all need to do as a business to be compliant.
We have forged a great working relationship with a company based in London who are working with people to create music while undertaking a level 1 qualification in Supporting Employability and Personal Effectiveness qualification with us. An interesting concept!
We have taken on new associates, who are highly skilled in all aspects of Management to help us fulfil the busy times ahead. If you are interested in becoming an associate and working alongside highly motivated, talented trainers and facilitators we would be interested in talking to you.
March is a few hours away, so from us all at AC, we wish you a happy, healthy and prosperous March and St. David’s Day.
