Level 3 Award in Effective Management
The ILM Level 3 Award in Effective Management is a completely flexible qualification, suitable for all practising and aspiring managers looking to develop general or career-specific management skills. You can select from over 45 optional units to build a tailor-made qualification that meets your individual requirements, or those of your employer.
When it comes to psychometrics, we use the highly-effective Thomas DISC personality profiling assessment (PPA) to determine an individual’s strengths and limitations. After highlighting development needs we design a bespoke action plan- this can form part of the accredited qualification process or can be used as a stand-alone development plan for any individual. It’s great for team building, recruitment and managing change in the workplace.
